The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below.

The 177th Family Support office is seeking a contract to provide a venue and support for the New Jersey Air National Guard Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform venue support as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The YRRP will conduct an event within 30 miles of Egg Harbor Twp NJ 08234 on 14 July 2018 and is seeking a venue to accommodate the symposium, breakout sessions, exhibit hall, meeting and counseling rooms, lodging, and dining accommodations to include catering for 180 service members, family members and children.

The major goal of this project is to develop a family-friendly environment for facilitation of the required objectives of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. We are seeking a facility to allow this event to provide interactive sessions for the attendees as well as the one-on-one opportunity to connect with community partners and resource providers manning exhibit displays.

Specific objectives include: Providing a venue to accommodate the following:
* Block of sleeping rooms
* Meeting space/breakout rooms

* Audiovisual needs

* Meal service and refreshments
