SUNY Potsdam Website Redesign
The State University of New York at Potsdam (“SUNY Potsdam”) is soliciting proposals for the restructuring, redesign and development of its institutional website presence. SUNY Potsdam seeks a design and development partner that is a full-service firm with demonstrated experience creating and implementing digital communications solutions for higher education, as well as the promotion of arts and culture.
The focus of this project will be twofold; to redevelop and improve the effectiveness of our public facing recruitment website, and to develop an internal website/Intranet by pulling existing content from the existing public-facing web presence. Our public audience includes, but is not limited to, prospective students and their families, alumni, donors, community members, the press and other media outlets. Our internal audience consists of current students and faculty and staff.
Founded in 1816, and located on the outskirts of the beautiful Adirondack Park, near the Canadian border, The State University of New York at Potsdam is one of America’s first 50 colleges and is the oldest college within the SUNY system. SUNY Potsdam currently enrolls approximately 3,600 undergraduate and graduate students. Home to the world-renowned Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam is known for its challenging liberal arts and sciences core, excellence in teacher training, and leadership in the performing and visual arts.
Experience Requirements: Establish company experience – demonstrate a minimum of five (5) year’s experience as an established, full-service firm with demonstrated experience creating and implementing digital communications solutions for higher education, as well as the promotion of arts and culture; firms demonstrating more than the minimum requirement will receive more favorable ratings.
Due date for proposals is 12/22/17 @ 4PM
